Our client is a Business membership and research organization with over 1.000 public and private corporations and other organizations across 60 countries and we are currently seeking a Member Development Associate EMEA.
Work type: Remote from Romania
Role description: The Member Development Associate is a sales person responsible for identifying new leads to appropiate products, and facilitating discussions with C-suite and Senior Executives around company products and services. Being an independent and hard-working professional, responsabilities include researching of companies and executives and following up with executives and schedule meetings for Member Development Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify qualified new leads for the Portfolio of Councils Assigned
• Manage campaigns and ad-hoc sequences for assigned Councils using Outreach
• Send emails, follow ups, and make phone calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects
for the Member Development Executive Team (MDE) including confirming and rescheduling
appointments.
• Ensure that the sales contacts are professional, effective, and appropriate for facilitating the
company’s involvement with The Conference Board.
• Develop market analysis for potential new product launches.
Role objectives:
• Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.
• Support current BDM with projects as needed.
• Ensures appropriate action and follow-up of day-to-day business matters.
• Council Manager role for the new CEO Gulf Council.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with senior
executives;
• Organized and detail oriented work style; with the ability to multi-task;
• Excellent time management; ability to prioritize;
• Customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills;
• A goal-oriented work ethic – committed to achieving organization goals, performance
objectives, individually and part of a team
• Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision ;
• Proactive, dynamic, initiative-taking and result-focused ;
• Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality internally and externally.
Requirements:
• Fluent English, additional European languages a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; (experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus);
• A grasp of sales strategy is a plus.
